DR. BLAIR TAYLOR

Co-Executive Director and Co-Founder

Dr. Blair Taylor is the Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary and Innovation Cybersecurity (Cyber4All) and a Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University. She is a national expert in cybersecurity education and curriculum development. She worked with NSA’s College of Cyber as a Subject Matter Expert on long-term strategies to increase the pipeline of qualified students and build the nations’ cyber workforce.

DR. SIDD KAZA

Co-Executive Director and Co-Founder

Dr. Sidd Kaza is the Associate Provost for Research at Towson University. He is passionate about cybersecurity education, learning sciences, data mining, and application development. He was one of the primary authors of the ACM/IEEE Cybersecurity Curriculum Guidelines (CSEC 2017). Dr. Kaza received his Ph.D. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Leah Carter

Leah graduated with her master’s degree from Towson University. As our Director of Operations, she is involved in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, overseeing the planning of developers, editors, and marketing personnel, and interacting with clients. Her goal is to continue CLARK’s growth by increasing both publishers and users, and to help grow and develop our current and future teams at SecurEd.

CHRISTOPHER WAGNER

Platform Engineer

Chris is a Towson University alum with a background in computer science and cyber operations. He enjoys collaborating with other developers to build reliable cloud infrastructure, automate workflows, and create practical solutions. Outside of work, he volunteers at his local church, plays music, and hikes.

Keyon Bigelow

Software Developer

Keyon Bigelow is a computer science student in Towson University’s Honors College, with interests in software engineering, UX, and human-computer interaction research. Outside of development, he enjoys working out, reading, and student leadership.

Luis Dale Gascon

Technical Lead

Luis is a computer science graduate student at Towson University. He enjoys exploring random or interesting open-source projects on GitHub, hardware or software, particularly text editors or their respective plugins. In his free time, you’ll find him at the gym or simply enjoying a meal.

Rakesh Gulla

Software Development Intern

Rakesh is a master’s student at Towson University with a background in computer science and a strong interest in software development and artificial intelligence. At SecurEd/CLARK, he works on software development and enjoys building practical solutions that can make technology more useful and accessible. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, exploring new technologies, and working on personal projects.

JOAQUIN VILLAGOMEZ

Senior Software Developer

Joaquin Villagomez is a computer science student at Towson University, specializing in cyber operations. Alongside his academic pursuits, he is also a dedicated player for the Men’s Lacrosse team. Balancing his passion for technology and athletics, Joaquin is focused on honing his skills both on the field and in the world of cybersecurity.

Emma Hermann

Software Developer

Emma is a computer science student and Hill-Lopes Scholar at Towson University. She enjoys programming and collaboration, and she puts the latter into practice as a tutor at the TU Writing Center. Outside of work, she likes to read, write, and play volleyball.

Avigail Wagner

Avigail is a Towson University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She specializes in brand development, digital marketing, email campaigns, social media strategy, content creation, and visual storytelling. Through strategic and creative campaigns, she strengthens brand awareness, expands audience engagement, and highlights the impact of SecurEd and CLARK. Outside of work, Avigail enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, and videography.
